Everyone’s invited!A dish to pass is welcomed. Come hang out, play some volleyball, or horse shoes. Bring a chair to sit around the fire and a tent if you want to camp out overnight! (Everyone is welcome to stay!)

Charter Fishing 2009

My Dad took my sister, Bird, and I up to Lake MI for a charter fishing trip. It was a little chilly and sprinkled on and off but it was so much fun. We did the afternoon fish and we brought home 10 fish. 4 Cohoe (spelling?), 5 King Salmon, 1 Brown Trout. It was a great time!!

Summer Time Fun

I figured since summer is almost half over I should probably post some pictures! We have been enjoying our time off going to the park, playing outside, etc. Both boys are growing so fast! Talan is enjoying his library class and the summer reading program. He also did an sports activity hour at the park for a month. Ryker is still a very calm, happy kid. He is growing like a weed, ok faster then a weed. He is my little chunker!! Here are a few pic's of some of our recent activities.

Happy Baby!

Ryker is such a happy baby, he pretty much does nothing but smile, unless he is hungry or wet. Here are just a few shots of him smiling away. Talan doesn't look very amused but he wanted to hold him.
He very much enjoys his bath.

Ryker 3 Month Pictures

You would think with summer break I would have time to update my blog more often. Where does the time go? Anyway, here are a few of Ryker's 3month pictures. They turned out well. He continues to be a happy, healthy baby. Talan loves his brother and is a great help. Talan is enjoying summer, being outside, going to the library, and doing a sports activity in the park each week. Bird and I continue to play softball and hang out with our kids. I will try to add more pic's soon.

I took Talan to Portrait Innovations to get his 3 year pictures done. They did a great job! Here are just a few of the 60 pictures they took. And Yes I can't believe my baby is 3 already. Time sure does fly!

Pancake Artist!

So every Sunday we go to my dads for coffee and Talan gets animal pancakes. My dad started just making him Mickey Mouse pancakes and then he started taking requests. First Talan wanted a horse and the next week he wanted an elephant. Then he asked for a deer with horns. Today Talan got a bunny because it was Easter, although I didn't load that picture yet. I wonder what he will get next week! The HorseThe Elephant!

So Talan got a hold of my camera when I was in the shower the other day. He decided he was going to take a few pictures first of himself and then of baby brother. This is how the pictures turned out.
